Tomáš Horký is an attorney-at-law and founding partner in the Továrek, Horký a partneři, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. .
He focuses on commercial law, in particular on companies law, corporate group law, securities law and capital market law, which enables him to combine his knowledge of both legal and economic skills. He has been engaged in the preparation and implementation of numerous transformations of companies, and in corporate group restructuring; he has vast knowledge in solving disputes between companies and their partners, and in representing parties in court proceedings. His professional interests include also legal relationships concerning real estate management, real estate operation and real estate transactions.
He complemented his legal education obtained from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University, field of study: Law and Legal Science (MLegSc., 2003, cum laude), with the study of economy, completing the Economic Policy and Administration study programme, field of study: Financial Management, at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University (Ing., 2005). He also spent a part of his studies at the Internationella Handelshögskolan, Jönköping, Sweden, where he gained slightly advanced knowledge of Swedish, which he continues to develop for his own joy.
