When successfully passed the Czech Bar Exam (2009, cum laude), he worked as an independent attorney-at-law for three years. Since 2012 he has been a partner of Továrek, Horký a partneři, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.
He focuses his practise mainly on corporate group law, competition law, specific issues in economic crime and labour law.
He graduated cum laude from the Masaryk University, Faculty of Law, in 2005 with a degree of MLegSc in Law and Legal Science. He continued his studies at the Masaryk University, Faculty of Social Science, where he received another master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies in 2008. In 2007 he was on assignment at the Universitetet i Bergen, Norway, focusing on law and internal mechanisms of the European Union.
